    My account is 6019183097500516, my name is Steve Adams and my zip is 92107. On 2/28/17 I mistakingly submitted a bill pay payment via bank of America. I have not used Carecredit service in more than 3yrs and my balance has been $0.00 the entire time. Please refund the Overpayment immediately.   • CareCredit Lets Your Pet Die

    The issue I have with CareCredit is one that nobody ever seems to bring up. Because CareCredit has wormed its way into just about every veterinary practice in the country, veterinarians are no longer willing to bill their clients for expensive procedures on their pets or accept payment arrangements.     Signed up in 2011 & was given no notice or acknowledgement of the deferred interest after the promotional period.     This ticket has been resolved or replied to by this company. For the past 4 months I have called multiple times about not being able to access my account online. Your call center staff do not speak English well and can only run through the same script. We have established that the problem is not with my computer (we have cleared the cache, checked the browser etc.).   • Care Credit Card online failure

    I have called multiple times for the past 4 months about my inability to access my account online. The employees, who read from a script, were unable to fix the problem. I was told twice that my problem would be submitted to a technical supervisor, but the problems have not been fixed. I cannot manage my account at all.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I paid over $1200 during the one year promotional period. I expected my remaining balance to then be charged interest. What I found was that the $1200 AND more was tacked back onto my remaining balance. If that's not bad enough. I now pay $120 a month, and the following month my balance does not go down a penny. In fact, it goes UP by another $20! I am on disability, and I don't know how to get off this treadmill.     UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST CREDI CARD EVER. I have PERFECT credit (i mean well into 800 lFICO, had NEVER used a CC for anything, was in between jobs and decided to have elective surgery.   • GE Interest After Promotional Period

    Am I the only person that read the terms of the "no interest" promotion when I financed via GE? I had become so adjusted to auto-paying the monthly charge I forgot that my two years were up and the interest would be backdated. I called about a week after the interest was applied and the representative was very helpful. As long as I payed the remaining balance within 30 days they would reverse the interest charges, which I did, and all interest was reversed.   • Nver use care credit!!!

    This is outrageous.....I had an interest free promotional that ended on 1/13. I have paid on time every month, set up automatic payments and have never been late on a payment. I got my bill in Jan.and saw they added the $1200 accrued interest during my promotional period. I asked when I signed up for the card they said interest would start on the balance when my promotional period was over. Not true.   • CareCredit: Unable to Log In

    When I attempt to log in, the site claims my password does not work. I navigate to the help button for people who have forgotten their passwords, and I enter my information: account name, last four digits of my SSN, and my date of birth. The site then tells me that this information does not match what is in their records. My account name is on the email that GE Money sent to remind me that my payment is due.     I have never been so insulted in all my life. I had to have emergency dental work, and my grandmother offered to let me use her as my co- for the payment plan. She's very elderly and not able to do much, so when Care Credit started sending her the barrage of mailings they do, I told her I would take care of it.   • Refund Needed for services cancelled

    This ticket has been resolved or replied to by this company. I have made a deposit for services that I cancelled prior to the two-week cancellation window for an appointment that I do not intend to have because everything was not explained to me about the procedure up front from the health provider.     This card is a huge rip off and customer service representatives are rude and condescending. They unjustly charged me $600 in interest fees, when I have always paid my bill on time and paid more then the amount due at the time. They jump your percentages rates and change your promotional rates without any reason. Beware. Do not use this card. Customer Service Agent with Discover Card helped me pay the bill off and transfer the money over at 0% interest rate for 24 months. I repeat do not use a careCredit card. I needed major dental work.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I've been over-anal about paying all of my bills on time. According to my bank records, when I use bill-pay to pay a bill, the funds are removed from my account on the same day. The bank even provides proof of payment. When I received a 35 dollar late fee on my account, I called up to find out why, since according to my bank records, The funds were sent over on the due date.     I can not make my payments or view my statements online. Website allows me in, then when I try to click on anything it makes me log in again, then gives me an error code. Has gone on for weeks!     How can they offer no interest on the balance if paid by certain time. You pay it on time, and yet they ignore it, raise and charge you more interest. Refused to discuss after years of attempts.   • Web site never accessible

    I have tried to make monthly payments via internet for three (3) months. Every time I try to logon I receive a message that the information I entered was not correct (i.e., last 4 digits of SSN and DOB) and then other times I don't receive this message but a different one that the website is down. This is within a minute or two of the previous attempt to logon. I don't pay my bills any other way than via internet so I cannot pay by check. What is wrong with Care Credit's website? Got the card when services were rendered. Now I have a huge balance to pay off on something that cost 300.00. I'm going to try to pay this off, but there is a weird message on my bill- "payment of amount in dispute not required". What does that mean?!

I hate this thing. I've been paying on it for 4 years, and I"m still in hock for the same 5K as I was before. PLUS now there is a "mystery charge" - see below. I've charged NOTHING to this in ages and I'm hit with a $75 "security fee" - WTH is THAT? and of course the call center has ridiculous hold times. I don't know how I'm EVER going to pay this off, but you can bet I will somehow. I HATE CARECREDIT. They don't CARE and they are AWFUL to deal with.

i had surgery september of 08, i couldn't afford the remaining balance so they offered me an alternative payment plan using care credit. i had paid off 200 dollars from my bill every thing was going great until the promotion had ended sending my intrest fees thru the fucking roof. i mean i called cursing and i fell behind and not to mention my fucking credit score went down because of them fuck care credit

So glad i read these reviews my son needs surgery and i was thinking of using this company to pay the bill. But after reading all these reviews I have found another way to fund his surgery. Makes you wonder why doctors would ever suggest using this company.

Too bad I didn't review this poor excuse for a company sooner. I just got started with them and already have problems with no statements being mailed and can only pray for the best.

I got my care credit card not quite a year ago for hearing aids. I sent in a cashiers check to pay my account in full on May 14, 2009. Given the time for mail they should have received payment in 4 days (May 18). The company never posted this payment till May 20, 2009. I called and requested them fax my bank so I may proceed with my remortage and they informed me they do not have fax capabilities so I requested they immediately mail me paid in full statement and here it is 8:00 p.m. May 28, 2009 and no letter. Their unconcern for customers cost me $1200. I rate this company so low my computor can't compute my rating.
